Description
ABOUT THE EVENT:
SESSION 1 — AWARENESS & SELF-HONESTY
📍 In Person — June 13 (12–4 PM)
Theme: Where am I abandoning myself?
We begin by slowing down and becoming aware of where your boundaries may be unclear or overextended.
This session includes:
- Opening circle + intention setting
- Cacao ceremony
- Breathwork to reconnect to your body
- Introduction to boundaries and self-awareness
- A guided life reflection exercise to identify where you may be overgiving
- Personal reflection + integration
You’ll leave with a deeper awareness of where your energy is going and where it’s being drained.
SESSION 2 — UNDERSTANDING & INNER WORK
📍 Online Group Call — June 18 (6–8 PM)
Theme: Why is this so hard?
This session focuses on understanding the deeper patterns that shape your boundaries.
You’ll receive:
- A guided meditation
- A Wheel of Consent reflection exercise
We’ll also meet for a live group call, where we explore:
- Why boundaries feel difficult
- Patterns like people-pleasing and fear of rejection
- How your nervous system responds in challenging moments
- The difference between giving, receiving, and allowing
This session helps you move from self-judgment to self-understanding.
INTEGRATION
(This is a self-guided integration period between sessions, with optional support.)
📍 June 18-26
Theme: Can I choose differently?
This is where the real shift begins.
You’ll be invited to:
- Set 3 boundaries in your real life
- Use simple, clear communication tools
- Begin noticing how your body responds
- Explore decision-making through the question:
→ Who is this for?
→ Do I actually want this?
Optional group support or an accountability buddy will be available.
This time during integration is about building confidence through action, not perfection.
SESSION 3 — EMBODIMENT & INTEGRATION
📍 In Person — June 27 (12–4 PM)
Theme: I choose myself
We close the journey by integrating what you’ve learned and embodying it more fully.
This session includes:
- Opening circle + reflection on your journey
- Cacao ceremony
- Breathwork focused on empowerment and voice
- A guided consent-based communication practice
- Reflection on what you’re ready to carry forward
- A personal boundary commitment
You’ll leave with a clearer sense of who you are and how you want to show up.
Throughout the program
You’ll be supported to:
- Notice your patterns without judgment
- Reconnect to your body and inner truth
- Practice expressing yourself clearly
- Build trust in your own needs and limits
This is for you if:
- You say yes when you mean no
- You feel responsible for others’ emotions
- You struggle to ask for what you need
- You feel drained, overwhelmed, or resentful
- You know something needs to change
This may not be for you if you’re looking for quick fixes or purely intellectual learning. This work is experiential and requires participation.
This work isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering how to:
- Listen to yourself
- Trust yourself
- Honor yourself
If you feel a quiet yes reading this, trust it.
